Terms of Service

1. Description of Service

Biwowen is a social media management platform that allows users to connect multiple social media accounts and manage, schedule, and publish content to platforms such as Instagram, Threads, and TikTok through a unified interface. Features and usage limits vary by subscription plan.

2. Eligibility and Registration

• You must be at least 18 years old, or use the Service with the consent of a legal guardian
• You must provide accurate and complete account information and keep it up to date
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and must not transfer or share it with others
• If you discover unauthorized use of your account, please notify us immediately at [email protected]
• Each person may create only one account; creating multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits is prohibited

3. Subscription Plans and Payment

• The Service offers free and paid subscription plans; features and limits for each plan are detailed on the pricing page
• Paid plans are billed on a monthly basis and processed through ECPay
• Subscription fees are charged at the beginning of each billing cycle; you may cancel auto-renewal at any time before the current period ends
• Upon cancellation, you retain access to paid features until the end of the current billing period
• We reserve the right to adjust subscription fees with 30 days' prior notice

4. Refund Policy

• Subscription fees are generally non-refundable; please review the plan details before subscribing
• If a material defect or technical issue causes the Service to be unavailable for more than 72 consecutive hours, a pro-rated refund may be requested
• Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the issue by contacting us via email

5. Social Account Authorization

By linking a social media account, you authorize Biwowen to perform the following actions on your behalf:

• Read basic profile information (username, profile picture)
• Publish post content you create through the Service
• Manage scheduled publishing tasks
• Refresh access tokens when necessary to maintain valid authorization

You may revoke this authorization at any time in your account settings. The scope of authorization is limited to the permissions displayed during the OAuth flow on each platform.

6. Platform-Specific Limitations

• TikTok: As our app is pending official TikTok review, posts published via the Service are currently visible only to you (private). This is a TikTok platform restriction, not a defect of the Service. Posts will be set to public after the app passes review.
• All platforms: Content must comply with each platform's format requirements (image dimensions, file formats, character limits, etc.). Please refer to the Platform Rules page.
• Third-party platform APIs are subject to change at any time, which may temporarily affect Service functionality. We will update accordingly as soon as possible.

7. Acceptable Use

By using the Service, you agree not to:

• Violate the terms of service, developer policies, or community guidelines of any social media platform
• Publish content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, discriminatory, or infringes on the rights of others
• Use the Service for spam, mass automated publishing, fraud, or malicious activities
• Attempt to bypass security mechanisms, access restrictions, or API rate limits of the Service
• Use the Service to infringe upon the copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights of others
• Operate the Service using automated bots, except for legitimate API usage

Violations of the above may result in immediate account suspension without a refund.

8. Intellectual Property

You retain all copyright ownership of the content you publish. You grant Biwowen a non-exclusive, non-transferable limited license solely for the technical processing necessary to provide the Service (such as storing, converting formats, and transmitting content to target platforms). The brand, trademarks, interface design, and source code of the Service are the intellectual property of Biwowen and may not be reproduced or used without authorization.

9. Service Interruptions and Disclaimer

We strive to maintain Service stability. However, Biwowen is not liable for losses resulting from:

• API policy changes, outages, or account restrictions by third-party social media platforms
• Force majeure events (natural disasters, infrastructure outages, war, etc.)
• Unauthorized access resulting from the compromise of your account credentials
• Publishing failures or content removal due to platform content policy review
• Service interruptions during scheduled maintenance (announced in advance)

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the subscription fees you paid in the preceding 3 months.

10. Account Termination

• You may delete your account at any time in settings; data will be processed within 30 days of termination in accordance with our Privacy Policy
• If you violate these Terms, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately without prior notice
• Account termination does not affect posts already published to third-party platforms
• Fees paid for active subscription periods are non-refundable upon account termination (except as provided in Section 4)

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Taiwan Taipei District Court as the court of first instance.

12. Updates to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms. For material changes, we will provide at least 7 days' prior notice via email or in-service notification. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
